OMG saw "Land of the Dead" - it FREAKIN ROCKS!!!!

If you had any doubt that George A Romero is on board with us or not, this flick should seal the deal. As with his previous zombie flicks, this movie is not really about zombies - - it's about the War on Terror.

I don't want to spoil too much about this film, but if you've got a strong stomach (there is gore) you will love this film.

3. Is it more gory than Sin City ?

but its gorier than most horror movies, however less gory than Romeros other Zombie flicks

6. It's just so hard to get up for a beat to death franchise/genre. But

I will take your word for it and will try and see it. I thought "28 Days" really raised the bar on the zombie genre. I remember the original "Zombie" (Italian) in movie theatres. I saw Romero's "Night of L.D", "Dawn of the Dead" and then the one he had to make just to retain his franchise rights. I also remember the MORE BRAINS comedy/zombie spoof. I am zombied out... and I know I am forgetting some.

7. I saw it yesterday. It was a great movie.

Some great political commentary and fun stuff. It was extremely gory. Did you notice there were several cameo appearances from the rest of the Dead series?
