Mine went out at 7:30 PM one day last week, and it was 1 PM before they came to fix it. I think we hit 95 that day...I called the office at 11:50 ans was told that maintainence had not picked up work orders yet, and they were about to go to lunch...so I waited for an hour for them to eat, then another hour while the guy fixed it. It took the rest of the day for the house to cool off.
