I'm worried about my lady friend.
She was telling me tonight that the mortgage people are raising her rates starting in August, even though the Mortgage she got isn't supposed to go up until next April. The thing is she has a lot of money problems and has a lot of debt that she needs to pay off. She suffers from clinical depression and I don't know. She doesn't like her job because it isn't fulfilling for her and even though she is quite smart, she sometimes feels dumb. I feel so bad. When I am with her, I try to make her feel joyful, which works to some extent, but then her life problems catch up with her. I really wish I could help her. If I had a lot of money, I would give her some, but sadly I don't. I am just so sad.

2. she's very rich
She has your friendship.

I don't mean to minimize her issues. Being her friend will always be invaluable to her. It's what you have to offer. Offer it freely and don't be sad.

Good luyck , mate. Don't envy you. Hope she works it out, or at least gets some professional help.

Tom Cruise notwithstanding.

4. She's lucky to have you in her life. You're lucky to have each other.
I suffer from depresion as well. I know about the sleepless nights, the worrying, etc. I know about the whole feeling dumb and wanting to do more with your life.
What I don't have is someone to share my life with. So you're both way ahead of the game!

Despite all of the issues right now you have what's most important; a companion!

So enjoy each other. :)
