How does one say "should be" or "ought to be" in Latin? My Latin's rusty.
For instance, "War ought to be the last resort of kings."

Decet bellum esse ultima ratio regibus.
It is fitting for war to be the last resort to kings.

In fact, I was just reading an article on the complexities of the language, and how it is almost impossible to fully grasp the intricacies of the Roman pronunciations.
