It's a documentary about the "abstinence movement." It comes on again at 4AM Central.
There are some excellent libs on the show fighting against the use of federal funds to spread religious dogma.
Just a heads up.

It was actually very humorous. Much of the show gave the pro-sex-ed counterpoint.
Actually, it made fundies look ridiculously ignorant.
