I could tell day before yesterday listening to coverage on NPR about protests regarding G8 that the media had quite an agenda to discredit the whole movement. Not a word hardly about Geldorf and the amazing concerts, except to mention him as the leader of these protests, which of course they made sound senselessly violent and misguided.

As soon as the people start to feel the love, they bring out the number one weapon against it, terror. They didn't have to do this in November 2004 because they could just go ahead and steal the election through voting machines and the antics of carefully placed Republican (and Democrat, if you recall the Governor and SoS of New Mexico).

The sooner we get hip to this and quit allowing them to propagandize it for their own ends, the quicker it will become an ineffective tool.
