I need to transfer a large powerpoint from one computer
to another than can burn the item onto a CD. What is the best option to use?

1. how big is it?
Can use a memory stick, scandisk, email it to urself, post it on a website? what options do u have? you can also compress the file to make it smaller

6. Cut it up
Cut it up into 10 slides each and then do it. Also you probably have graphics in it since its so big. Use the option to compress the graphics, the zip the file and then transfer it.

email it to yourself and then open it up with the other computer and proceed from there.

After the files are split, a BAT file is created. To restore your files to the way they were before, simply double-click the BAT file. Yes folks, it is that simple.

7. I have a little device called a Jump drive.
You stick it in one of the USB ports and it becomes another drive. You can drag and drop files, then remove the device, take it to another machine and drag and drop it to a folder on that PC. It holds the equivalent of about 4 CDs and is an awesome way to transport data in your pocket. I got mine at Radio Shack.

13. Powerpoint used to have a "Pack and Go" option that
copied a big file to multiple floppies.
