21. Actually it's really easy and it doesn't hurt at all,

you just slide off the rock and remain still. It's a complete gas, you feel the boat slowing down, stopping, and then popping back to the surface.

Honestly, a lot of kayaking looks harder than it is. Doing a belly flop hurts a lot more than a seal launch! :D
