Tonight I'm making Stuffed Grilled Chicken breasts.
The breasts were marinated overnight in a spicy wine, with plenty of garlic...they they will be rolled with spinach and feta inside...and then grilled over oak chips on the grill
Then after that, they will be served on romaine lettuce with olive oil and garlic drizzled on top. To the side will be an olive salad and polenta.
