I'd like to take this time to apologize for something I said recently

In a hurricane thread earlier today I said something simular to "It looks like it's only going to take out completly red states|No big loss." Well that was wrong for me to say no matter how much hatred I have in my heart because of the 2004 election. I still wake up everyday and I want to just beat the shit out of someone because of the election and I'll just have to find some other outlet for that hatred.

Personally, I didn't see the remark and I don't live in a red state. I do know how easy it is to let anger and frustration cloud out good judgement, however. I've been there a few times myself. It's an excellent example you set for us in owning up to your self-examination.
