It took 7 hits to get it to work, so I make a bunch of boo-boos right now..

I have not had the stomach to sit on the phone with Dell/India for 3 hours to get them to finally agree that they need to send somebody out to fix it:)

8. The last time I needed to use my warranty, the keyboard did not

work at ALL.. so I called "judy", and she kept telling me..

"Now I want to to be typing .....into the browser."..DUH...JUDY..THE KEYBOARD IS DEAD..KAPUT..CAN'T TYPE ANYTHING ANYWHERE..

After about an hour, she finally understood what I was trying to tell her, and a guy cae out the next day and replaced the keyboard on y laptop
