13. Just say the word.
I'll round up the usual suspects. If you need a place to crash, we can work that out, too. The Hotel Evil is always open. I have a spare room with a full bath for guests.

1 bedroom apartment on the City?

Nothing like a depressing hour of combing Craigslist to start the day.

I'd love a canoli if ya got one though.

How's that neighborhood? I have some friends in Park Slope but the rates seem ridiculous. Chavez's school is on 23 and 3 so we would like to be on the east side, Harlem, Brooklyn. Are you staying in the City?

20. The rents in Brooklyn seem really high,
but you get much more space, most of the time. The only reason I could afford my neighborhood is that we got a pretty small apartment, with a combined kitchen/living room. It's typical Manhattan size, but small for Brooklyn. The neighborhood is very convenient - it's only 1-3 stops into Manhattan, depending on the line you take.

I'm moving upstate at the end of the month. :(

21. It's like the whole financial district up and re rooted itself in Brooklyn
:wtf:

I'll have to check that out your neighborhood. We would like to be on the island if we can but not at the expense of our sanity. I've been seeing some good things in Harlem. We have to go down there for a couple days and see what we can get. It's hard to do this from CT.

My parents family is from Poughkeepsie, and I'll I can say is I'm so sorry.

What a sweet thing do to for us DUers. Nothing is nicer than having someone cook breakfast for you :)
