We are going to grill some and today.

It's 4:15 p.m. here and I'm starving. I earlier set out a pork roast to thaw; we're having barbecued pork sammiches for dinner. YUM!

Tomorrow, haddock fillets with mango/cuke/habernero/fennel salsa. Good stuff!

8. Pork Butt.

Boneless, kindasorta butterflyed by the butcher and sold as "Southern Style Spare Ribs". No bone, just meat and damned good when marinated.

33. I ended up grilling some chuck steaks

that were nice and lean and very tasty. I love those as much as any cut of steak anymore. Doesn't need to be a T-bone or Porterhouse.
