I have two forms:

1) I abstained all through high school and my first year of university. I was very proud to be one of the few not to succumb to the peer pressure of that.

2) I abstain for months in my long distance relationship. He's from England and I'm in New England.

For about a year and a half, which included my entire senior year of high school.
I met my husband at the beginning of my sophomore year of college and haven't abstained for more than a couple weeks since then.
