But this is the remake of BSG... A far cry from any other SF show on standard TV.

6. NBC played the miniseries as a dual presentation with SciFi...

...when they were floating the idea of making a renewed series of it. Probably want to draw some of the same demographics as SciFi.

NBC's parent company owns the Scifi Channel. NBC is airing 3 episodes tonight to help promote the second season which starts this Friday (July 15)

13. Not that I know of, but they are exploring some radical religious

concepts. The Cylons are monotheistic fundies while the humans are into the Greek gods.

It should be interesting to see where they take it.
