Not really "jewelry" per se, I am wearing a "Turkshead" knot woven from cotton twine on my wrist.

my dad gave me (worn on my right ring finger)..class ring w/ blue stone worn on my left middle, and a silver Fossil Watch that I wear on my right wrist.

7. Let's see, umm...

A silver hoop and a niobium hoop in my left ear. A gold stud with a cubic zirconia in my right nostril. Stainless steel rings in my throat and both nipples.

And, oh yeah (khash blushes), a black leather cock ring around my left wrist. I swear by all the saints I have never worn it for it's intended purpose but only as a bracelet!

Engagement and wedding ring, silver and amythyst ring, braided bracelet, medic alert bracelet, diamond necklace John gave me for our wedding, and 6 silver hoop earrings. That looks like a lot when I write it all down, but it almost never changes.

one that I enjoyed enough to even put in a new battery. The hands have that glow in the dark ability which is great when I'm ready to go to bed, because without my glasses I can't see much at all.

11. A very lovely (really) MedicAlert(tm) bracelet.

It's silver, with braid around the medallion, and three tinsel chains for the bracelet.

I never take it off except to have it cleaned.

I'm often complimented on it from those who have no idea of its real purpose.

Edit: It truly has saved my ass on a couple of occasions, too. Paramedics do look, really.

large horseshoe diamond/gold ring with solitaire in center (left hand)
sapphire and topaz gold ring (right hand)
gold lion head ring with imitation rubie and emeralds (right hand)
multiple small diamonds clustered on gold nugget ring (right hand)

That's about it...

Some of the 'diamonds' on these rings are lab-created diamonds whereas some are cubic zirconia...can't recall which is which now.

i have an african bead bracelet (from somewhere in Ghana, my ex-roomate gave it to me) laying on my desk, along next to a bead necklace (gift from... someone...), these three together - i call my hippiebling. the other two i wear whenever i leave the house and intend to look halfway presentable.
