40. Guy I know does it to HIMSELF EVERY DAY!!

He has the Hank Hill "narrow eurethra" problem, and has had so many problems, plus a couple surgeries, apparently the best way for him to manage is to do it once a day to himself to make sure everything's flowing... I guess that gets him through the day.
