It's so loud my ass is vibrating on my sofa. Of course their inane conversation is somewhat loud too.

I live close to an area with alot of nightlife. I expect any minute to hear drunk people in the courtyard staggering around and screaming for no reason.

And the best thing, I can call the cops and nobody knows because I live in a large, 21 story building.

I swear though, I am so tempted to dump a bucket of water on them if it gets too bad.
