2. Problem with iTunes is, if you have a non-apple mp3 player, iTunes will
only let you purchase and download in their proprietary mp4 format that other players can't play and it's a bitch converting them.

5. thanks for the information we'll be coming over and confiscating your
hard drive and not to mention the fines you owe. Just kidding

I like iTunes, you can down load the new iTunes 4.9 for mac and pc and now will be able to listen to podcasts online which is also free.

6. Well, do you want legal? Or do you want to pirate?
If you want legal downloads, iTunes is great. If you just want one song and dont want it in a certain format, you can get around Apples' copy-protect really easily- just burn a CD with the protected AAC files on it, delete the files off the computer, and then rip it.

If you want to pirate songs, I like Limewire, but I usually use iTunes because I have a slow connection and it is more stable.
