NYC apartment hunting sucks - UPDATE!
1st Thank you for all your suggestions and support - it's, as always, crucial! We have been talking to my Baby Sister who has been going to Hunter for the last 2 years as an RA (just 2 blocks from where her Big Bro went for his undergrad *wipes tear away from eye*) She and another friend want to get a 3 bedroom with us. This GREATLY increases our spending power - and it's fam! I've seen some nice looking 3 bedrooms in the eastern 70's for WELL within our range.

CU is psyched too (well...not so psyched about sharing a bathroom with 2 21 year old girls ....but....um...other than that she's REAL psyched :evilgrin:)
