It's worth watching just to see all the skin and the gorgeous bodies in it, but as a story, it's fuckall worthless awful. And the acting is fucking atrocious.

I rented it a few months ago, and was appalled at how utterly bad it was, and how it totally didn't draw my interest at all, ever. I watched it to the end, but I did a lot of other things while watching it because I was so bored.

Stay away from that waste of celluloid.

You're way better off with something else. Like a nice massage and some champagne and homemade Rabrrrrrrtruffles(tm).

Or even a Tom Cruise movie, which will seem positively Wellesian in its artistry in comparison with Troy.

Not horrible, but also not very good. Rotten tomatoes gave it a 55% average critical review. (which is pretty low)

20. Brad Pitt looks GREAT! Took me awile to remember all the Greek

history stuff that went into the movie. Seemed like a lot of effort to get a runaway wife back. It was sickening with the theme that it is better to go to war to get your name in the history books than get married and raise a family. It was great to see Peter O'Toole again. He looks a hundred. Great actor though. Yes, I know, bad part.

The wierd part of the movie was all the Greecian ruins since that was suppose to be modern Greece at the time.

He, Peter O'Toole and Orlando Bloom (in a crap role) did better acting than all the Greeks put together, including Brad Pitt--who played a jerk of such epic proportions I was just waiting for him to die. The dialogue was so bad. So very bad for a script you know someone paid big bucks for.

Why in the world did the director want us to side with the Trojans, who lost??? Poor Eric looked like he was irritated with the whole lot of them, the whole time.

Helen was AWWWWFFFFUUULLLLLL.
