Funny how things come together just when you need them

I run a small one-man computer repair service. I just bought a different vehicle, and the magnetic signs from my old red truck look like crap on the new (metalflake blue) Explorer.

I do occasional computer maintenance for a sign shop here in my corner of the world, and the owner made my original signs in lieu of cash payment for some of my work. But it's been a while since he's needed my services.

Funny how less than a week after I bought my Explorer, he called me and needed some work done-- and now I'm getting a brand new set of magnetic signs just when I need them most-- as payment in lieu of cash, as was done before!

I love it when cool stuff like this happens. It makes me feel like I'm supposed to be doing what I do-- kinda like a zen affirmation. Very cool.
