I certainly didn't imagine that any truly red cities would be on those lists. People who are well-educated and spend a lot of money on the local schools are better at detecting bullshit.

8. That is bogus data there
All the places listed are within 20 miles of Minneapolis-St. Paul. The cities up north near the Canadian border are MUCH colder.
