Anyone watch Monk?

New season premiered this weekend. I just watched the show. This is one of the best shows on TV, IMO.

Jason Alexander was so over the top. Between smelling the dog and eating mud.

Awesome show.

While I miss Sharona, I think he and the new "handler" have a lot of chemistry.

They show the reruns all the time on USA. Friday's episode has already been on 3 or 4 times. No need for the DVD. TIVO and tape them all.

It was their chemistry that made it work. Now they're having to resort to "stealth casting" to stay interesting, which eventually did in Ally McBeal.

but I really like the new girl. The first episode she was in is one of my all time favorites. They go to a museum with one of those body parts exhibits and Monk freaks out and can't go into the large mouth.

22. I think Jason Alexander helps the "new direction" quite a bit.

But that new girl, I can do without--and not just because I miss Bitty. But this new girl was annoying in that sitcom, 2 guys a girl and pizza place (or whatever it was called), and she's annoying in this series. Well, just MHO...
