i am nervous...
this whole www.leonardclark.com thing. its one thing to support a friend willing to stand up to this case. But now my phone is tapped, i am being monitored, and am asked to seek counsel pending a hearing. Anyone ever been to a court marshal? are civilians often brought in as witnesses? How about helping a soldier speak truth to power? Will I be prosecuted under military law? Confused, nervous... but still moving forward.

2. This looks like serious buisiness
from your post I'd say it's time to get a lawyer. Just to be on the safe side.

4. Stand tall and look 'em in the eye-- just before you spit in it.
They're WAY more afraid of you than you have to be of them-- they greatly fear the truth, and they know you have it.

And if you have anything relevant to add to a trial, yes, you can be called before the panel.

5. GET A LAWYER
I am one. But I wouldn't THINK of appearing before a criminal tribunal without someone to listen to the questions with a clear head, because I sure as hell would be too scared to listen analytically.

Seriously, mate, get some professional legal help. Don't go down there and hope everyone will be nice to you.

9. You aren't legally bound by the Uniform Code of Military Justice
as a civilian.
But (from a non-lawyer), there might be civil codes someone might throw at you.
Don't discuss the case on the phone or in your home at all. Get a lawyer fast.
