Who's NOT going to work today?

I am not out of work, I'm just NOT going to work today.

I may go out shopping for some new tee-shirts but for the most part I'm going to sit on my ass, play on the computer and watch CSPAN, maybe a movie this evening.

from 5 a.m. to noon today, and so I'm going to hang out with my cat this afternoon, then watch "Kundun" on DVD tonight. (I've seen Kundun previously in German, but just received the English DVD in this morning's post! :bounce: )

Honestly I have been tossig and turning all night long and I have to get to Physcial Theraphy before noon so I will probably try and get some shut eye soon.....

30. Well, I'm consolidation a mess of payrolls from

20 different locations that lend and borrow employees from one another...

In order to get a true reading of payroll expense, I have to go in and adjust the figure based on real time work...

Great so far Huh,

Then I have to take that data and put it in a format to make it easier for the Accounting Clerk at the companies (I am a self employeed accountant) to enter the restructured data into MAS-90....

Then I have a tax return and two data bases to jumble around and print so a Client can see how much money he raised in his last judicial race....

Then My Nephew is coming over.....

Have to get some letters written - one to Dr's in the state and the other seeking in kind support to Home Improvement stores to see if they can help with a Public Health Campaign that I'm trying to set up in one area of the state.

18. Today is my first day of work at the first permanent job I've had

It could be because I'm on vacation. It could be because I don't actually have a job. It could be some weird combination of both of those.

I'm not at my own house, so aside from a couple of loads of my own laundry, I don't even have housework to do.
