Ahem...I still need something better than the Red Nub.

On accident, my first post was in the general shudder Discussion Forum.

Situation: My first ever notepad compy (or Lappy, if you're hip to the jive).

Strategic Operations: IBM Thinkpad 570 with attachable "powerbase".

Command in Control: Red Nub. Also known as "rat dog penis". 3 buttons below; in the area in which I should be able to rest my wrist.

MISSION: Find an attachable (so as not to turn my Lappy into a Desktop Compy) PS2 or USB mouse or trackball so I can use the damn thing in the 1 1/2 hours it takes before the battery dies. YES, this is a pre-China/Levovo Thinkpad.

AND I NEED A HALFWAY NON DOGGY NUB ATTACHABLE POINTING DEVICE!

Please, feel free to post linkies if you have them. Preferrably New Egg, but if ya got an Ebay link, I'll check that out as well. Trackballs preferred, but not required.
