Traffic is Steve Winwood, Jim Capaldi, Chris Wood and Dave Mason.

Wood was the first to die in 1983 of Pnemonia and Jim Capaldi only passed away just this past January. Obviously the most notable member of Traffic would be Steve Winwood. He was the virtuosio because he has this amazing voice with an incredible vocal range. He also had sucess with The Spencer Davis Group, Blind Faith (that was the band he had with Eric Clapton) and of course his popular pop career in the mid-80s which such super hits as 'Higher Love' and 'Valerie'

Low Spark lasts about 12 minutes and was first recorded on the album with the same name in 1971
