See what I mean? It's like leaving an open manhole in the middle of the street.

1. No, I wouldn't. But I'd say it's unlikely. Even in spite of
Robert DeNiro's exchange with Ben Stiller in "Meet the Parents..."

breastfeeding isn't sexual.

5. Well, no...
...but breasts are. That's what I would be peeking at in this scenario.

15. after a few looks, you probably would not see them as sexual objects
anymore, at least while the woman was breastfeeding.

It is their main purpose. I wouldn't care if you looked, public breastfeeding is just as normal as giving a baby a bottle in public, IMO.

7. Nope.
Now I chew on pens. In 1974 they thought formula was like the best thing you could give your kid. Maybe they were afraid that so many baby boomers were on drugs that it could be hazardous to the babys' health.

8. I'm a sixties baby. I wasn't breastfed either.
I think the movement against breastfeeding began in the 1950s. And you are right...home economists were pushing "scientific" solutions for natural situations. Now we know that those scientific solutions were malarkey.

The reason I ask is because my son was breastfed, and he's eleven now. I wonder how he perceives, or will perceive, breasts. I wonder if there is a difference in the perception of breastfed-as-baby men and not-breastfed-as-baby men.

24. I have spent my fair share working in the public realm, and yes, women's
bathrooms are dirtier than men's, I chalk it up to bringing in kids with them, and the higher use of toilet paper. I can't explain the bathrooms at clubs, I guess everyone is too drunk to find the toilet for tossing in the tp. If men had to to use tp every time they went, I think the mens would be just as messy. :-)

and yes, we have never talked inside a womens bathroom!

9. There once was a woman who begat
three boys named Nat, Pat, and Tat.
It was fun in the breeding,
but Hell in the feeding,
when she found she had no tit for Tat.

(You can peek at my third breast with your third eye)
