I don't mind when people sing in solitude. But unless your voice is something that a reasonable person would consider enjoyable, you shouldn't subject those around you to it. There is nothing worse, when I'm listening to a good song, to have some no talent hack sing over the top of it.

though I'm not American Idol material (I hate that show). I love techno and house music and often try to sing to those tunes. My mom says I should be in opera though.
