Nude-o-rama on Queer Eye

I actually don't mind nudity.

That is, nudity by myself or with my spouse.

Otherwise, it's a "whale" of a time :cry:

This week's Queer Eye featured a nudist party. I must say, the Northeast isn't the place to go for a nudist party.

You might try Texas, Colorado, or Southern Cal - where there might be a possibility of fit folks at those things.

Please - I'm not knocking the Northeast at all. Hardly. It's just not the kind of place where folks concentrate on their figures. There's too much good NYC food, you know?

people usually start to pack on the pounds then. The Northeast is considerably thinner than the South or the Midwest. I also learned this on DU. ;-)

Maybe it's because southerners and midwesterners DRIVE to work (rather than stand in a train and walk)... or maybe it's southern cooking and bad beer?

But having lived in both areas, that really surprises me. I found NE'ers much larger, on average, than southerners... and sure as heck much larger than the folks I live with here in CO.

Upstate New York is wayyyy thinner than Texas. Houston, Dallas, Austin... there's some of the biggest people in this country living in Texas! HA. HA. Wow.

Even though I admit there is a fair share of bigger people in Upstate NY, there is no WAY Texas is even close to being skinnier.

I agree with So Cal and Colorado though.

10. Whoa, LOL, people in NYC have to walk everywhere.

There's some slender folk in NYC, I can tell you that. Every time I visit I feel kind of porky and I'm only a size 10.

I think someone mentioned it already, but I'm pretty sure Austin maybe, some Texas city had the most obese people. And I think I read that here.
