Because I cannot get off of this thing. I haven't been to bed before noon in about 2 weeks.

I'm frazzled. I barely leave my apartment anymore. I drain enough coffee to kill an elephant. When I go somewhere I think about what what I'm going to post when I get home.

This is either good or bad. I don't know yet.

now that I've found DU. It's kind of a "one-stop shopping" forum for me because I can find everything I want or need in one place. Where else can I find a website where I can post in a forum for where I live (UK), my home state (Georgia), all the politics I need, links to all the breaking news, plus forums relating to my other personal interests? It's all here.

15. Even though I'm a lib and all that...this is the easiest board to

navigate around. (I'm glad it's progressive...) It just make good sense all the way. Why other boards don't adopt the "Skinner" model, I'll never know.

Being here is like being in a small city. Different streets and venues. If I get bored with the GD or the Lounge (never!) I might wander over to the book forum, or the Texas one, or the Nebraska one, or the 9/11 or the politics. It's just wonderful.

(Don't tell Skinner I said this, he'll get a big head.)
