so i slept wrong last night & i've had neck pain a few steps from hell all day...

anyway... i finally got some ben gay & put it on my neck... and now it still hurts, only it's hotter

i'm not impressed :P

My niece gave me one that has some kinda of herb or flower scents to it, it has a sand like stuff in it. It completely covers ones neck and shoulders. The warmth and the scent our soothing.

Anyway..it only made my back hot too. Cold packs worked better as well as taking something like advil/aleve/or asprin. Those will work on inflamation.

It's 100 times stronger than Ben Gay, though the smell is similar.

It is intense, but it works. I've used the shit when I had a tendonitis flare up before. Ben Gay won't touch that.
