Saw a grackle feeding another grackle yesterday
I don't know if it was the bird's mate or just a younger grackle, but it was slightly smaller than the male feeding it (but not a baby). The male got seed out of our feeder and put it into the waiting smaller bird's mouth. It was so cute! I love seeing things like this instead of death and destruction on the TV all the time.

2. Me too!
I could sit and watch the birds at our feeder all day. I'm looking forward to August, when I can sit on the chaise longue, read a book and watch the birds!
