Zipper ties/Slipon Ties

I was doing some internet shopping neckties, and I came across a few website that featured slip-on and zipper neckties. I can tie a regular tie with a nice centered dimple, but get the lopsided knot. I can't tie a Windsor or Half-Windsor to save my life. Has anyone here ever worn one of these ties, and were they nice?
