2. A great day for George
and Team Discovery Channel. He put himself in the top 20 (18th) with that ride. Of course, Lance still has a pretty decent lead in the overall classification.

3. In an after race interview with Bruneil (sp?) today
he was asked about the perception that Team Discovery is weak. His answer--- The team had a stage winner today (Hincapie), the leader in the White Jersey competition (Popovych) and, of course, The leader in the Yellow Jersey competition (Armstrong). He then asked the reporter "Does that sound like a weak team? Not to me"

Did some paraphrasing about the interview.
