My son has an awesome crashup of cars on Midnight Club II that he would like to print out.

How do I take a picture of the picture?

2. What platform is the game on?

PC, PS2, X-box?
If it's PC, it should be relativly simple.
Bring the picture up on the monitor.
Hit the 'PrintScrn' key.
Open MS Paint, click the 'edit' tab up top and select paste.

3. is the game PC based?
when the game is showing press "print screen" button on your keyboard.

That takes a snapshot of the image on the screen.

Then go into Word and paste the image (ctrl-v is keyboard shortcut).

You can also go into a paint/photo program to paste it.

4. The print screen button is also the sys req button. I am guessing I
hold shift down while I do this.

Is there any way to know that it took the snapshot? I am just worried that if we close the game down to go into word ot or paint shop it won't be there and we will have lost the pic.

5. Print Screen is the default.
There is no need to hold any other key.

Once you've tapped the Print Screen key open up
"Paint" or a similar program.

Then do an "Edit" "Paste" into the paint program and
the screen shot will appear.

"Save" it.

Lemme know your progress and I'll try to help.

;)

6. Thanks, I saved it in wordpad for him. He wants to print it out but
I am gagging over the thought of using all that ink. May wait til dad gets home and send it over to HIS printer. *g*

Thanks again for the help. :)

7. What does "SysRq" do anyway?
I've pushed it and requested a foot rub several times.
