1. I use it regularly, and...

...sometimes it comes back with no results, so I post my thread, and 30 seconds later I find that I've just posted a duplicate because the search function didn't find the original.

So the answer to the question is "yes," and it works MOST of the time, but not ALL the time.

PLUS some people use the article's headline for the subject line, while others make up their own, so there's only so much "artificial intelligence" a piece of script can have.
