Rachael Ray vs. Saddam Hussein (the 45 minute litmus test)

Now that I am a regular viewer of the Food Channel, thanks to my wife having control of the remote, I am totally amazed at how mind blowing the concept of a 30 minute meal is. Hell Saddam only needed 45 minutes to launch an WMD attack and you can't make a meal in 30 freaking minutes?*

*-their may be some dispute over the 45 minute claim but I digress.

So for all of her superwoman ability to...uh... organize and focus I am not sure that another of the following can possibly be made in 30 minutes- if Rachael Ray can't do it WHO CAN!?!?!?


-a sandwich
-soup
-(pushing the envelope here) soup AND a sandwich

-Spaghetti

-Grilled steak, baked potato, green beans (insert vegetable of your choice), salad, full dinner table setting
-"Full Monty" breakfast-Eggs, sausage (of your choice), bread, potatoes hell throw in a slice of tomato (if you can handle the time management)

Oh wait there just might be someone who can do it

You are not kidding. EVERY. FUCKING. TIME. Uses the acronym, says what it stands for. Hello? Is there no one on her staff to tell her that's EXTREMELY stupid and annoying?

but, most of my meals take about 2 hours to finish. but i don't make the table fancy and i tends to have many one course meals. but dammit, you are getting delux meatballs!
