I think I got a lead on getting a "new" car

my dad just called me from work today saying that a brother of one of his co-workers is selling his car. I haven't seen it yet, going to check it out tomorrow but it is a 92 Cougar with 90,000 miles (one owner). Apparently this guy babied his car, great with the oil changes, new tires and breaks. Best part about it is he only wants $1,500! which will leave me with a bunch of extra cash if I buy this thing. I so need to buy a new car and this deal is so sweet, dear god please let everything go according to plan!

and dear god was it a headache. im glad to be done with it (except the hole in my pocket) but at least the nagging of it is gone.
