1. It's dead.
There will probably be no indictments and 90% of the public has never heard of Karl Rove. None of them have ever heard of Libby. Even if Rove is indicted, Bush will simply fire him and tell the public that he won't put up with law breaking in his administration.

Why do we continue to tilt at widnmills?

Go ahead, walk down the street and ask 10 people who Karl Rove is.

Let's spend our energy building a clear platform and common sense programs and selling them to the public. Let's spend our time opposing reactionary Supreme Court judges and proposing good moderate alternatives.
