Some of y'all may have caught the topic I posted a couple weeks ago about making a wedding toast. Well, here she is, the best friend I have in the world, and the nicest person I know, along with her really sweet new husband, and the bridal party. I'm the blonde to the left of her in the group pic. I just felt like sharing :loveya:

Yes, they are very happy. Together with her son (the one on the left), they make a nice family. He was very excited about being in the wedding. They did a fmaily unity candle together.

Lots of people told me I made them cry! I didn't end up using a quote, as I didn't find anything that I felt really worked. So, what I closed with was the dfinition of "Aloha," which I found online. It comes from two words, the first "Alo" means "to share" and "ha" means "breath of life." Everyone in the room raised their glasses and said "Aloha" without me prompting them:-)

It was actually the most fun wedding I have been in or at. I think the casual setting was a big part of it, as well as the fact that they and all their friends and family are really great people.
