What do you like best and hate most about your body?

Externally: I like my eyes, nose and mouth. I hate my arms (wish I had toothpick arms instead of giant redwood arms) and my bottom teeth (world's worst bite).

Internally: I like my brain and intestinal tract. I hate my wacked-out thyroid, and my reproductive organs have completely let me down.
