I wore a suit to work today and everyone
asked me if I was interviewing. Such a hick town I live in, hell, can't even look good for work without eyebrows being raised. But then again, considering everyone in the sales department wears those slutty flip flops I shouldn't be surprised. I finally yelled out "I'm not going on an interview". Though I should, I need more money, not ranting on DU everyday.

7. Flip-flops - the new business casual
Miz t. wore f-fs into Boston last week.
So did my daughter.
There ain't a slutty bone in their bodies. Still...
"You're wearing flip-flops to downtown Boston?"
"Sure, everybody does. They're comfortable."
"Oh."

We went in to have lunch with a friend at the office where my daughter used to work pre-Jack.

The office friend was wearing flip-flops. So was everybody else I saw there, men and women.
Half the people I saw on the street had them on.
Boston has sure changed.
Is my geezer showing?
;-)
