Is it because of Bush? This is all a very bizarre dream, right? I'm sure now that I articulated this the world will end tomorrow. But still...whooda thunk?

Up 200 one day, down 150 the next. I am not sure if I want to put my retirement in higher risk, then change if the dow goes below 10,000 or not. I lost a bit Bush's first 3 years.
