I got an offer on my house I have tried to sell

off and on for 4 years.
(Denver) it's been a pain to sell
but I loved the house.(denver square)

I have signed the offer and faxed it back, they (real estate corp.) gave me an offer and want me to close very fast
on my father's birthday,
my daughter's birthday,
the day my mother died,
and the day Saddam invaded Kuwait
any guesses what day that is?

and I need the money, since I lost my health insurance and need epidermals on my spine that will cost me $1400.
(painful day) Had to do too much running around.

So to all the birthday people out there and there were three or more at DU today

happy birthday and wish me luck, mine comes up on Saturday.
