This morning, I put blueberries and yogurt through the blender, then took the resulting smoothie to work and tucked it into the fridge for later. I'm not sure what it turned into, but it's kind of solid and gray.

It's a greyberry lumpy.. I wonder if some lemon juice would preserve the color?

But I doubt it would help the texture. It's all kind of curdled and chewy looking.

I had a similar fridge fiasco with some parmesan risotto this week. yuck! Flashbacks to kindergarten eating paste.

milk product no like acid. voila! lumpy mess. but it takes a bit of time, since it's not that acidic.

not really, but anyway.
yogurt is a fragile substance, that's why store-brands (I make my own) that use real fruit pieces put the fruit on the bottom. once it begins to interact with the yogurt it makes it go bad.
It has something to do with the lunar cycles.
