My GF bought a book for me a couple of years back......"What Women Want Men to Know"....it was by Beverly Deangalis (sp?)

Basically.....listen to, respect, give equal time to, and learn each others love language (touching, verbal, etc...) We each have our own love language. Some feel loved when their spouse washes dishes or cleans up....others feel love when they have gifts bought for them, others respond to words, and yet, others (like me) communicate by touch. Couples need to know when it is time to differentiate from each other too.

Pretty good book.....I started reading it kicking and screaming a bit but I came around after the 2nd or 3rd chapter...:)

Most women truly devote themselves to the person they love....and some men cannot understand that....forgetting an anniversary or birthday is like a slap in the face to a woman, whereas men cannot see what the big deal is sometimes because they don't put as much emphasis on a relationship.

last week a bunch of us went to an all you can eat chocolate buffet.

it was something out of willy wonka, but on a smaller scale.

first plate of chocolate was delightful.
first half of the second plate was good.
last half of the second plate was awful.

left the place feeling really awful.
