2. You mean avatar or inside the message.

If it's inside the message, you need to establish an account with photobucket.com and then follow the directions. Then you need to save Andy's pic to your picture file. If you have Win xp, save it in my pictures. Then upload your saved picture to photobucket and follow the directions.
