CPAP users help please
I finally got my CPAP but I have a major problem with it - by the time I wake up the next morning the mask is off my face. I'm guess that sometime in the middle of the night I ripped off the thing. Did anyone else have this problem with their CPAP and how do you solve it?

1. I've used a CPAP for at least 4 years now
and I have, a few times, managed to wake up with the mask off.

You may want to check w/ your medical supply place to try different masks... maybe find one that you find less cumbersome, or one that is harder to take off if you're not conscious.

Good luck. My CPAP changed my life. It was wonderful to not feel sleepy at 10:00 a.m.

2. I have a CPAP machine
and I use a mask that is called the Nose Pillows. It goes in your noses instead of on it and it really is comfortable.
Though I have to take my CPAP in cause for some reason it isn't working and I've been without it for a month or so now.

Dee
